A burning passion for authenticity, quality, consistency and creating value in the QSR space is what led to the birth of Oho Shawarma.
Founded and operated by Oho Foods and More Pvt. Ltd., Oho Shawarma began as an idea shared by four founders — Saifuddin, Ansari, Yunus and Jafar — who believed that authentic Lebanese Shawarma deserved a true place in India’s fast-growing food landscape.
In 2018, this idea took its very first step when the founders started serving Shawarmas from a modest food cart. Simple, honest, flavourful — the response was immense.
The cart became a local favourite, cementing the belief that authentic Shawarma, prepared with care and precision, had the potential to become a nationwide phenomenon.
Building on this momentum, the founders took a bold leap forward, and in 2020, Oho Shawarma opened its first full-fledged outlet, bringing Middle Eastern flavours into a hygienic, modern and easy-to-enjoy format. This marked the true rise of Oho Shawarma as a brand with a vision.
Oho Shawarma soon became one of the early Shawarma-specialty concepts in India — offering freshly carved Shawarmas prepared with authentic recipes, premium ingredients and strict SOPs.From Chicken Lebanese Shawarma to fusion favourites like Peri Peri Chicken Shawarma, Crispy Chicken Shawarma variants and Falafel creations, every item reflects the brand’s promise of fresh, consistent and flavour-driven food.
As customer love grew, so did our offerings. Today, we serve Variety of Shawarmas, Arabian Mezzes, Platters, Salads, wholesome Meal Boxes and modern grab-and-go options, crafted to suit evolving tastes and busy lifestyles.
